Delete your Twilune data

There is no account to close. Your logs live on your phone, so deleting them is in your hands, and takes two taps.

In the app

1. Open Twilune and go to the Me tab.
2. Choose Delete all my data and confirm.

This removes everything from your phone: cycles, symptoms, moods, journal and companion progress. It also deletes a live partner link if you turned one on, and the random ID used for usage counts. Uninstalling the app or clearing the site's data in your browser also deletes the data on your phone.

Things the app can't delete for you

• Purchase records. If you bought Premium, RevenueCat keeps an anonymous purchase record. Email jfpvcorreia@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Twilune data" and the date of purchase, and we delete it within 30 days. Google Play keeps its own order records.
• Usage counts already sent (only if you said yes). Copy your usage ID from Me → Privacy before deleting, email it to us, and we delete those counts within 30 days.
• Backups you made. Backup files you exported stay wherever you saved them. Your phone's own Google backup updates when it next runs, or when you turn it off.

Lost your phone?

If you had a live partner link on, email us the link and we delete it. Everything else was only on that phone.
